We are building an even stronger team
As we expand into new business areas, unlocking our full potential as a creative agency starts with fostering a healthy, adaptable work environment. Prioritising employee well-being is key to that journey.
We have begun a process of investing in psychological safety, behavioural design and change management. Through a series of workshops led by Heikon and Lars Mersh, we are equipping our team to navigate the constant changes of agency life with confidence and trust.
This initiative is part of our commitment to building a workplace where creativity thrives, challenges are embraced, and every person feels supported on the journey ahead.
