Changing behaviour in an engaging way

Ørsted’s employees know how to manage information correctly. They know all about the procedures and precise management – but as every other human being, the employees found it easier to do things the quick way.

Therefore, we saw the need for a behaviour-changing experience.

Showing both sides

In the e-learning, we portrayed the dualism in each of us by letting an actor – David – play both sides; The side of us that want to do it right, and the side that just want to do the job as quickly as possible.

David – representing Ørsted’s employees (and all of us in general) – found himself in the middle of several dilemmas regarding information management.

Using this approach, we could meet both sides within the employees and in a humoristic way let them know that what they do is wrong – but also very human.

Time for reflection built in

During the e-learning, employees were told to help David manage information correctly while reflecting on the processes.
